We just wanted to take a moment to send our love and support to all of our fantastic clients, as we all adjust to our current situations brought on by COVID-19 prevention measures. We are still here, and operating business as (mostly!) usual!

Please rest assured that are currently no issues in filling orders. While borders are restricted or closed to non essential traffic, goods are still able to be shipped as per usual. 

There are currently delays in the USPS and Canada Post systems due to COVID-19. FedEx is also experiencing some delays  and has suspended their delivery date guarantees  These delays are sporadic, hard to predict, and are changing daily. As always, if you are working with a deadline, please let us know in the Notes section of the order! 

We have implemented remote work schedules where possible to reduce the physical staff in our shop, as well as incredibly detailed cleaning routines. As a result of these changes, our processing time for orders has slightly increased:

Regular orders: 1-3 business day processing time
Engraved/Custom orders: 2-4 business day processing time

Our partners at FedEx and Canada Post have made some small policy changes to protect their workers. Packages marked signature required will either be left at the doorstep, or will require signing for the package at the local office.

There is a possibility of slight delays in packages arriving through Canada Post, USPS, and FedEx, unfortunately outside of our control. We haven't noticed an extension in shipping time as of yet, but we've been notified that it could occur in isolated cases. As always, please contact us if you're concerned about a deadline!
