Frequently Asked Questions

We have two locations. We ship our Canadian orders from Montreal, Quebec, and our US orders from Champlain, New York.

We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible across the board, so everyone can create jewlery affordably. If you are looking to purchase larger wholesale quantities, we do offer:

1) Bulk Packs

Most products have two pack sizes on the product page - a standard and a bulk pack. The bulk is 5x the quantity of the single for 32% off. For example, if a charm is 8 pieces for $2.50, the bulk pack would be 40 charms for $8.50, a 32% discount.

2) Rebate Codes

For those placing larger orders you can use the following discount codes at checkout:

Yes! Everything listed on our website is either in stock and ready to ship, or is produced in our shop and will be ready to ship within 1 business day.

Products

No. All of our supplies are lead and cadmium free.

Moisture, humidity and chemicals can cause most metals to tarnish. We recommend keeping your jewelry clean and away from harsh chemicals or prolonged periods of moisture. Following these basic guidelines will ensure your supplies last for years to come.

We do offer a wide range of stainless steel jewelry supplies for those who need complete assurance that their jewelry won't tarnish.

Most jewlery supplies contain small parts that can be a choking hazard... as a result, we mark all of our items not suitable for children.

Shipping

Yes! The threshold depends on the country:

Canada

Free Expedited Canada Post on orders over $150

$10 discount on shipping costs for orders over $100

$5 discount on shipping costs for orders over $60

United States

Free USPS Ground Advantage on orders over $60

Free USPS Priority Mail on orders over $75

International

Free USPS International shipping on orders over $250.

In comparison to USPS, Canada Post needs to serve a larger geographic area that is inhabited by less people. This means the costs of shipping within Canada are significantly higher.

A tracked package can be sent across the USA for less than $5, while a tracked package anywhere in Canada starts at $15.

We offer free shipping for US orders over $60, Canadian orders over $150, and International orders over $250.

Shipping is calculated by your location and the weight of the items in your cart. We offer a range of shipping options that include inexpensive Flat (non-tracked) service, all the way up to FedEx Overnight. You can see the shipping costs directly in your cart.

Canada

Canada Post Regular Mail - 1 to 3 weeks, up to 6 weeks in rural areas

Canada Post Expedited - 2-7 business days

Canada Post Xpresspost - 1-3 business days

FedEx 2 Day - 2 business days

FedEx Overnight - 1 business day

United States

USPS Ground Advantage - 3-7 business days

USPS Priority Mail - 2-4 business days

FedEx 2 Day - 2 business days

FedEx Overnight - 1 business day

International Locations

USPS International - 2-4 weeks dependent upon location

FedEx International Economy - 1-2 weeks

We aim for a 1 business day processing time for all orders. Orders that include our made-to-order stainless steel charms can sometimes take 2 business days. Orders that include custom charms only begin production once the design has been approved by the client.

We offer a number of shipping upgrades to ensure you get your supplies as quickly as you need them.

United States: we offer USPS Priority as well as FedEx 2 Day & Overnight options at checkout.

Canada: we offer Xpresspost as well as FedEx 2 Day & Overnight options at checkout.

International: please contact us directly.

Sorry to hear that! If your order was shipped with tracking you can check the status of the package on the carriers page. Your tracking number would have been emailed to you when the order shipped.

If your order is delayed or should have arrived by now, please reach out to us directly - we will be happy to look into it for you!

We are happy to ship internationally to all locations! We offer free International shipping on all orders over $250. If you have any questions about specific locations please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can track your order directly on the carrier's page. If you are having trouble finding the tracking details please reach out to us and we'll help you find it!

Ordering

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

Of course! You can use the coupon code ADDTO on your second order to remove the shipping charges. Just be sure to place the second order quickly, or let us know via email to hold the first one.

So sorry about that! We do our best to ensure that every order leaves here perfectly but occasionally we make a mistake. Please contact us directly and we will be happy to find a suitable solution.

Custom Charms

Nope! You can order as many, or as little, as you'd like.

Please use the custom charm listing and select "Reorder" under Type of Design.

Definitely not! Your designs can only be ordered by you. If you'd like for someone else to order it on your behalf we require authorization from the original purchaser.

Custom charms are produced and shipped within 1-2 business days of the design being approved.

Returns

Almost all items can be returned providing they are still in their original condition, original packaging, and original sets.

The following items cannot be returned: items purchased from the Sale & Liquidation section, items purchased by reserve listing, and custom charms.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. The return must arrive within 14 days of contacting us.

The US address will be more cost efficient to ship to for US clients, but will often take 3-4 weeks before we can process the return. Our Canadian address will cut that time in half (1-2 weeks).

The moment we receive the package back to us, we will let you know and process your refund!

We do recommend insuring all packages as we are not liable for lost returns.
Please include your order number in the package- if we can't find your order, we can't process your refund!
