The first step is attaching a jump ring to an extender chain.
Use your pliers and jump ring opener tool to open the jump ring and attach it to your extender chain.  Thread the jump
ring you just opened into one of the end links of the extender chain.

While the jump ring is open, also attach the keyring by threading the key ring into the jump ring. Use your pliers and jump ring opener tool to close the jump ring.

Use your pliers and jump ring opener tool to open the jump ring and attach to the opposite end of your extender chain a 25mm Round Charm. Use your pliers and jump ring opener tool to close the jump ring.

Count out two links from the 25mm Round Charm in the upward/top direction and line up your charms. Continue further out until you've set up all the charms you need.

You can count out as many links as you would like and use as many charms as you would like. I only used four (4) charms for this project to make sure they were not crowded and you could see each cute Halloween charm.

Now that you've got it all laid out, you simply need to attach the charms to the correct link in the chain. Make sure you're threading the jump ring through the link of the chain - not overtop of the whole link.

You've just created a Halloween inspired keychain accessory!
