We are happy to accept returns for all items in original condition and packaging, and full sets. The only exception is custom designed or personalized stainless steel laser charms!
We do ask that you please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product.
You'll be happy to hear that we don't charge a restocking fee! If you no longer require the item(s), you can return them for a full refund - minus the shipping fees, of course. If there is an issue with the item(s) you have received, we will gladly cover the return shipping fee, or offer replacements free of charge - all on us!
As for return addresses, we have two options! The Canadian address is the fastest, and your return should be processed within 4-7 business days. We also offer the option to return to our USA address. It may take 7-14 business days to process the refund, but would be a more cost efficient option!
